Natalie is a Lifestyle Coach, Speaker and Gourmet Raw Food Chef and Instructor. She regularly conducts culinary classes, hosts corporate events, retreats and seminars on Raw Food Culinary Science and Inclusive Nutrition. She is also the creator of Rawlly Delicious – For Real Treat Lovers, specializing in Superfood Treats and winner of The People’s Choice Natural Health Care in the category of Superfoods.

 

Natalie has been featured in several publications and appearances on national television. Natalie was also a Speaker Educator at the Ontario Science Center at
the Science of Food As Medicine Conference presented by The Canadian School
of Natural Nutrition Alumni Association.

 

Prior to becoming an enthusiast for plant-based nutrition in the health and wellness industry, Natalie was a classically trained Counselor who has worked with children, youth, families and community organizations for over fifteen years within education, the criminal justice system, mental health and child protection.

 

Today you can find Natalie enjoying being an active mother of two, volunteering and supporting her local community and various non-profit organizations. Natalie is currently working on the release of her first recipe book on Raw Living Foods and Inclusive Nutrition.

FUN WITH FOOD - Kindergarden - Grade 8

This program teaches eating from the food groups, growing food, how to read labels and understand the basics of healthy eating for growing bodies and developing brains. Hands on, interactive, quick & fun rainbow snacks (Recipes vary accordingly to age skill levels).

 

PERFORMANCE FOODS - Grades 9 - 12

Many teenagers want to make good choices for their health, but are just not sure where to start, or what it involves. This program focuses on forming healthy habits, choosing balanced foods, sufficient quality calories, creating the shift in the perception of food for optimal health, physical stamina, and mental performance. We also address marketing, industry and the media’s mixed messages. (Seminar, live demos and samples).

 

HEALTH IS A FAMILY AFFAIR - For Parents & Kids

Getting children and teens engaged in making wise food choices a part of every meal can sometimes be challenging; especially when we're surrounded by high sugar, fatty, low nutritional food products with harmful additives.

 

Join us as we share creative ways to prepare delicious and nutritious foods they'll love. We aim to inspire you with current information and know how skills to make it easy for you to make good choices for you and your family everyday.
