Natalie is a Lifestyle Coach, Speaker and Gourmet Raw Food Chef and Instructor. She regularly conducts culinary classes, hosts corporate events, retreats and seminars on Raw Food Culinary Science and Inclusive Nutrition. She is also the creator of Rawlly Delicious – For Real Treat Lovers, specializing in Superfood Treats and winner of The People’s Choice Natural Health Care in the category of Superfoods.
Natalie has been featured in several publications and appearances on national television. Natalie was also a Speaker Educator at the Ontario Science Center at
the Science of Food As Medicine Conference presented by The Canadian School
of Natural Nutrition Alumni Association.
Prior to becoming an enthusiast for plant-based nutrition in the health and wellness industry, Natalie was a classically trained Counselor who has worked with children, youth, families and community organizations for over fifteen years within education, the criminal justice system, mental health and child protection.
Today you can find Natalie enjoying being an active mother of two, volunteering and supporting her local community and various non-profit organizations. Natalie is currently working on the release of her first recipe book on Raw Living Foods and Inclusive Nutrition.
